How SaffQ can help your clinic.

SaffQ helps your clinic see more patients in the same hours, keep track of every rupee, and spend less time at the desk. Below is what it does, and a simple calculator to try with your own numbers.

1. See more patients in the same hours

Patients come at the right time

Patients see on their phone when to come, and get a WhatsApp message or free phone alert when their turn is close. The doctor waits less, and the waiting room is less crowded.

Fewer empty slots

Patients tap “On my way”, “Need more time” or “I cannot make it”. Your desk knows who is coming. Patients who don’t come are moved aside, so the queue keeps moving.

The day goes on when plans change

If a doctor has to leave, waiting patients move to another doctor or are told at once. Time for medical representatives is kept out of patients’ waiting times.

You control the numbers

Keep some tokens for walk-ins and emergencies, set a daily limit for each doctor, and pause online booking at any time.

2. Keep every rupee

Every fee is written down

Every fee, discount and refund is saved with the staff member’s name, and every change is kept on record.

Paid before the doctor sees them

A patient who hasn’t paid isn’t called in, unless the desk marks it as an emergency.

Free follow-ups follow your rule

You set the days. Each free visit must match a real paid visit, and it is recorded.

One report for the day

For each doctor and branch: money taken at the desk and online, discounts, refunds and what is still unpaid. Download it as Excel or PDF.

Patients pay online to confirm Optional

Switched on for your clinic if you want it. The money goes straight to your clinic’s own Razorpay account; SaffQ never holds it. Patients who don’t come are not refunded automatically, and you decide whether patients who cancel get their money back. If your clinic cancels, the patient is refunded automatically.

3. Grow and save

New patients can find you

List your clinic on saffq.com with your doctors and timings. Patients book from home with your QR poster or link.

Less desk work, no new machines

Fewer “how long will it take?” calls. Works on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. Any TV with a browser can show the queue.

Messages included

Patient WhatsApp messages are included in the plan price, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

What SaffQ is, and what it is not

It is

A token and queue system for clinics: online and walk-in tokens, live waiting times, patient messages, the desk’s fee record and a daily report.

It is not

A patient records or prescription system, a GST billing or accounts system, or medical advice.
